Silicone rubber set for Hacona type C

The quality of the sealing depends on the very good and undamaged condition of the silicon rubber. After many seals (depending on the material to be sealed and from the sealing temperature) the silicon rubber will ware off. Small parts of the silicon rubber will lose flexibility and will not assure proper surface pressure during the sealing process.

It is suggested changing both silicon rubber pieces at once to assure optimum sealing bar pressure onto the sealing wire.

Length of silicone rubber - 1meter.

Cutting length of the C-type silicone rubber for the different machine sizes:

C - 220 - 32 x 2 cm (12,8 x 2 inch)

C - 320 - 42 x 2 cm (16,8 x 2 inch)

C - 420 - 52 x 2 cm (20,8 x 2 inch)

C - 620 - 72 x 2 cm (28,8 x 2 inch)

C - 820 - 92 x 2 cm (36,8 x 2 inch)
